Shipping:
Buyer pays shipping and insurance costs which are calculated when checking out. All packages are shipped via U S P S Priority Mail or  Priority Mail International*** within two business days of payment clearance and are insured by an independent shipping insurance company. Domestic packages are usually shipped in a box, stamped FRAGILE and padded appropriately so as not to invite damage in transit. International packages are usually shipped in a cushion lined cardboard envelope or box also stamped FRAGILE. ***With the dramatic rise of shipping internationally via Priority Mail we are open to other more economical shipping methods for international customers only. Please email us with your request prior to checking out your shopping cart.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Major credit cards are accepted and are processed through the secure PayPal website with or without a PayPal account. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website from the shopping cart  to complete your payment. U S P S Money Orders are accepted exclusively from Massachusetts residents. This type of payment must be received within six (6) business days. Massachusetts residents will be charged an additional 5% on taxable goods at the time of checkout. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment clearance except on Saturday, during holiday periods and published vacations. A valid email address must be supplied for order confirmation. An invalid email address will delay the confirmation & processing of your order.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All product descriptions and photos are carefully and honestly prepared to reflect the highest standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to elaborate. See email link above. Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for a refund. The insurance claim process covers loss or damage in transit. If a return with refund is warranted by MEW's Jewels, you will receive instructions to return the item with shipping insurance and in the same condition as when originally shipped to you. Upon return receipt, and after inspection, a refund will be issued by the same method as the original payment or by an insurance claim whichever case applies. There are no shipping and insurance expense refunds on unauthorized returns.

Privacy:
All information provided to complete your transaction is used solely to complete your order or answer your pre-purchase questions.*  Your information will never knowingly be shared by MEW's Jewels with any other party. The MEW's Jewels website is secured by an SSL certificate shared with the server, Christian Web Host. The shopping cart, hosted by Mals-e.com, and PayPal are both secured by an SSL certificates.

Shipping Destinations:
U S A and all it's territories, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, Germany & France. Purchases made by customers in countries not listed and without inquiring first, will be considered unauthorized and will not be processed.
